• Enquiry messages, program applications and quiz answers
• Newsletter sign-ups
• A one-way hash of your IP address when you accept consent documents or submit forms, for security and record-keeping

We do not collect clinical history through this website. Please don't send medical details through our forms — we take a full history at your first consultation.

How we use it

• To answer enquiries and process program applications
• To send emails you have asked for (newsletter only after you confirm your subscription)
• To keep records of consent
• To protect the site from abuse (rate limiting)

Legal basis (UK/EU clients)

We rely on your consent (newsletter, quiz emails), steps taken at your request before entering a contract (applications, bookings) and our legitimate interests (security).

Who we share it with

Service providers who process data for us: hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), email (Resend), rate limiting (Upstash) and video consultations (Jitsi Meet, or the video link we send you). Bookings are made and stored on our own website. Some are located outside Pakistan and the UK/EU; we rely on their standard contractual safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries for 24 months; applications and consent records for as long as required for our legal and professional obligations; newsletter data until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing yourhealingstudio2025@gmail.com. UK/EU clients may also complain to their data protection authority.
