Refund and cancellation policy

Cohort programs

• Full refund if you cancel 14 or more days before the start date.
• 50% refund if you cancel within 14 days of the start date.
• No refund once the program has started, but you may transfer to the next cohort once.

Consultations

• Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment.
• Late cancellations and no-shows are charged in full.

Hijama

Hijama is paid at the studio after your session. If your medical review shows Hijama isn't right for you, there is no charge for the session.
