What online care involves

Online consultations and program sessions take place by video. Your physician cannot examine you physically, and may recommend an in-person assessment where needed.

Privacy

Sessions are not recorded without your permission. Please join from a private space.

Limits

Online care is not suitable for emergencies. If your physician believes you need urgent or in-person care, they will tell you.

Your records

Clinical notes are kept securely and separately from this website.
